The EKA Fellowship – After-School Skill Development for Marginalised Youth

The EKA Fellowship bridges the opportunity gap for underserved students through after-school programs focused on skill development. So far, 52 students across two batches have enrolled in a modular curriculum covering communication, problem-solving, digital literacy, and career readiness. Held in a dedicated lab, sessions foster creativity, critical thinking, and confidence, empowering students to pursue higher education or meaningful careers.
