Private PPA model

The Smarter Way to Go Solar

Our Private PPA model makes solar adoption effortless. You pay only for the electricity generated, usually 30% cheaper than grid power, while we handle the full investment, design, installation, and lifetime maintenance. Clean energy becomes smarter, simpler, and instantly economical.

01

What CleanMax handles

• Full project investment, EPC, and lifetime O&M under the PPA.
• End-to-end system management with zero effort from your team.

02

What you gain:

Lower monthly electricity costs with reliable solar power.
A predictable monthly payment based only on actual energy usage.

Tailored Solar Projects for
Diverse Industries

Petrochemical Industry

Petrochemical Industry | 15 MWp | Rayong

Petrochemical Industry | 15 MWp | Rayong

A hybrid solar system combining floating and rooftop panels to supply power to a major petrochemical plant. Floating panels stay 5–10°C cooler due to water, boosting efficiency by up to 15%.

  • Enhanced output with natural water cooling.
  • Anchoring system resists wind, waves, and fluctuating water levels.
  • Constructed for enduring performance at diverse depths.

Automotive

Automotive | 1.69 MWp | Chonburi

Clean energy solutions are being implemented for auto parts manufacturing, aiding the green transformation of the automotive supply chain.

Plastics

Plastics | 1.4 MWp | Chachoengsao

An extensive rooftop system built to support a plastics manufacturing plant, providing cost savings and reducing the carbon footprint.

Pharmaceuticals

Pharmaceuticals | 568 kWp | Phitsanulok

A rooftop system that supplies power to pharmaceutical manufacturing, providing reliable and clean energy in a strictly regulated industry.

Hospitality

Hospitality | 571 kWp | Phuket

Situated at a luxury resort, this solar system combines high performance with attractive design, assisting the hospitality industry in fulfilling increasing sustainability demands.

FMCG Samut Sakorn

FMCG | 1 MWp | Samut Sakorn

This project, targeting a mid-sized facility, demonstrates how solar installations can be effectively scaled on smaller rooftops, delivering a solid return on investment and significant energy savings.

FMCG

FMCG | 7.75 MWp | Prachinburi

This extensive deployment utilises all available roof space to support a prominent FMCG manufacturing hub, aiding in reducing carbon emissions and stabilising power costs.

Apparel and Textile

Apparel and Textile | 8 MWp | Ayutthaya

A large rooftop installation designed to meet the high energy needs of textile manufacturing. This project promotes sustainable supply chains within a sector characterised by its high energy consumption.

Petrochemical Industry

Petrochemical Industry | 15 MWp | Rayong

A hybrid solar system combining floating and rooftop panels to supply power to a major petrochemical plant. Floating panels stay 5–10°C cooler due to water, boosting efficiency by up to 15%.

  • Enhanced output with natural water cooling.
  • Anchoring system resists wind, waves, and fluctuating water levels.
  • Constructed for enduring performance at diverse depths.

Consumer Products

Consumer Products | 629 kWp | Chonburi

A dual-purpose solar carport system offering shade for vehicles and generating clean energy for operations. Suitable for maximising the use of underutilised parking areas.

Case study

Featured Success
Story

A high-consumption industrial client had already maximised rooftop solar capacity, yet the demand for green energy stayed strong. The challenge was to increase solar capacity without needing extra land or building space.

We adopted a multi-faceted solar approach that turned all feasible surfaces into sources of clean energy:

  • Rooftop systems installed on all usable roofs.
  • Ground-mounted arrays placed on available land.
  • Solar carports constructed over parking areas.
  • Floating solar systems deployed on water bodies.
  • Solar roads represent a cutting-edge method of energy generation.

Implementing bifacial solar modules in all systems enabled us to enhance energy yield by 2–5%, by capturing sunlight from both sides.

Solar Road: Bringing Innovation to Life

  • Area Covered: 6,240 sqm | Length: 0.5 km
  • Structure: 6 metres tall, 4 metres wide
  • Advantage: Dual-sided solar panels, elevated design, space efficiency

To promote safe and efficient deployment, we replaced ladders with a custom lift system for installation and maintenance at heights. This upgrade shortened the project timeline by 2–3 months and reduced worker risk.

We are testing a solar cleaning robot to keep panels performing consistently and cut down on manual labour.

  • Over 30% increase in total solar capacity
  • Space-efficient design with high energy output
  • Enhanced worker safety and quicker installation
  • Improved ESG performance for the client
